Device features:
1. Protect the control loop of the upper stage of the host computer.
2. Reduce the impact of environmental noise on the test circuit, and can overcome inverter noise and various high and low frequency pulsation interference.
3. It suppresses the interference of circulating currents in public ground wires and pulses of frequency converters, solenoid valves, thyristors, etc. to equipment. It also has the function of limiting voltage and current for lower-level equipment. It is a faithful protection for transmitters, instruments, frequency converters, solenoid valves, PLC/DCS input and output, and communication interfaces.
The DIN35 series standard 35mm guide rail card holder structure is easy to install and can effectively isolate: the potential difference between signal input, signal output, power supply and earth.
ISO EM U(A)-P-O Series — DC Voltage/Current Signal Isolation Amplifier IC
1.The ISO EM series achieves full triple isolation with 3,000VDC/rms (tested at AC 50Hz, 1 minute) between auxiliary power supply, signal input, and signal output channels — all on a single hybrid IC. Unlike simple two-port isolators that only separate input from output, this architecture blocks ground loops and common-mode interference from three directions simultaneously. The internal multi-isolated DC/DC converter powers a precision magnetic-electric coupling stage, ensuring signal integrity while meeting the safety demands of power monitoring systems, medical device isolation barriers, and harsh industrial environments where ground potential differences can reach hundreds of volts.
2.Every ISO EM module ships fully factory-calibrated — no external potentiometers, no field trimming, no iterative adjustment cycles. Simply connect the input signal and auxiliary power, and the output delivers the specified voltage or current with guaranteed accuracy grades of 0.05%, 0.1%, or 0.2%. Nonlinearity remains below 0.2% across the full-scale range, while gain temperature drift holds at just 25 ppm/°C from -40°C to +85°C. This zero-touch calibration translates directly into faster system integration, reduced production line tuning time, and consistent unit-to-unit performance in high-volume OEM instrument manufacturing.
3.The amplifier accepts DC voltage inputs from 0-75mV through 0-±100mV, 0-2.5V, 0-5V, to 0-±10V, and current inputs spanning 0-1mA through 0-±20mA and 4-20mA. Output options mirror this flexibility: 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, 1-5V, 0-±5V, 0-±10V, and -20-+20mA. With 1MΩ voltage input impedance and sub-1mS response time, the module preserves signal dynamics across sensor types — from strain gauge millivolt outputs to standard process control loops. A single part number covers voltage-to-current, current-to-voltage, and same-type isolation scenarios, simplifying BOM management across product lines.
4.Housed in a SIP 12-Pin single-in-line package with UL94V-0 flame-retardant encapsulation, the module occupies minimal PCB real estate — 12 pins, no additional components required. Ceramic substrate construction and full encapsulation ensure stable operation across -40°C to +85°C ambient with storage tolerance to +105°C. Soldering temperature withstands +300°C for up to 10 seconds, compatible with standard reflow and wave soldering processes. For field deployment, the same core technology is available in DIN35 rail-mount housings supporting 1-in-2-out, 1-in-3-out, 2-in-2-out, and up to 16-channel signal distribution — one platform serving both embedded and cabinet-level integration.
5.The auxiliary power input accepts 5V, 12V, 15V, or 24VDC single-supply rails with ±25% tolerance, drawing just 0.5-1W typical — low enough for bus-powered remote I/O modules and battery-backed monitoring stations. The on-chip isolated DC/DC converter generates all internal bias voltages, eliminating the need for dual-rail or bipolar supplies that complicate board design. Output drive capability reaches 2kΩ minimum for voltage outputs and up to 650Ω for current outputs (350Ω standard, 650Ω available on request), sufficient to drive most PLC analog input cards, data acquisition modules, and panel meters directly without external buffer stages.
Applications span metallurgy and mining sensor isolation, petrochemical hazardous-area signal conditioning, power generation and distribution monitoring, medical device safety isolation barriers, industrial robotics, new energy systems, and defense research. Anywhere 4-20mA analog signals require galvanic isolation without adding power infrastructure, the ISO 4-20mA series has a proven track record — from conventional factory automation through to mission-critical nuclear safety instrumentation — delivering consistent performance across the full spectrum of industrial demands.
