ISO U(A)-P-D-Q Analog to PWM Programmable Isolated Converter

SunYuan ISO U(A)-P-D-Q series products are SunYuan's newly developed industry-leading technology small size (SIP12 Pin) low-cost programmable control type isolation transmitter. It can isolate and amplify the analog signals output from sensors, instruments and transmitters, AD convert them to PWM square wave signals, and realize programmable output for pulse frequency control. Sensors, transmitters, instruments and control equipment embedded in the installation of the IC can be immediately with the PC, PLC / DCS composed of Ethernet / Internet of Things, RS232 bus network and networking communication, the site of traditional control equipment upgraded to the industrial control of intelligent equipment for the convenience of the user remote monitoring.

     SunYuan ISO U(A)-P-D-Q integrates multiple highly isolated DC/DC power supplies, analog amplification and conversion circuits, programmable MCUs, signal isolation control circuits, etc., within the same module, which is especially suitable for AD isolation and transmission of analog signals in industrial sites, fieldbus, Ethernet IoT, and PLC/DCS upstream computers for the acquisition and analysis of multiple sensor signals. The internal integrated high-efficiency DC-DC isolated power supply powers the internal input conditioning circuits, the microcontroller AD conversion circuits and the output signal isolation circuits, respectively. SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures so that the device can achieve: auxiliary power supply and analog signal input, PWM signal output 2500VAC triple isolation, input signal and communication serial port common ground. And can meet the industrial grade wide temperature, humidity, vibration of the site of the harsh operating environment requirements.    

   SunYuan ISO U(A)-P-D-Q series products are very easy to use, without any external components to achieve the isolation of analog signals and PWM signals. The ultra-small size (33.0X15.5X10.5mm) of 12-pin single-row in-line and standard PCB board mounting design effectively simplifies the user's choice of system design options and reduces the volume and wiring costs. The products are available in PCB board mounted IC package, DIN35 standard DIN rail mounting and PIM panel display embedded mounting methods.  The DIN rail mounting method can realize the signal one-in-one-out isolated transmission function. PIM panel embedded intelligent transmission meter can realize various functions such as sensor analog signal isolated display, alarm control and long-distance distortion-free transmission.
