Designed for 24VDC and sampling resistor (two-wire instrument) in series with the two-wire power supply circuit, with the current industrial field commonly used analog input interface board (host computer), PLC, DCS or other instrumentation containing active loads of the analog input port to match. The product can meet the industrial wide temperature, humidity, vibration of the harsh environmental requirements of the scene, the use of very convenient, only need to connect an external 2KΩ multi-turn potentiometer for ADJ correction, can realize the two-wire 4-20mA signal isolation, transmission and acquisition control. The products are available in PCB board mounted IC package, DIN35 standard DIN rail mounting and PIM panel embedded mounting. SunYuan SIP8 Pin/ SIP12 Pin 2-wire 4-2OmA (0-20mA) Isolation Conditioning Module：ISOS 4-20mA-E/ ISO 4-20mA-E adopts SunYuan Technology's unique electromagnetic isolation coupling, high-efficiency loop power stealing invention patent technology, so that the module does not need an independent power supply. And with the two-wire loop power supply output method, the auxiliary power supply and two power cables can be eliminated, which greatly simplifies the user's design and reduces the user's wiring costs. The module contains a current signal modulation and demodulation circuit, signal coupling and isolation conversion circuit. Very small input equivalent resistance, can be collected from the sensor output loop current signal voltage value to reach a wide range (5 ~ 32VDC), to meet the user without external auxiliary power supply to realize the signal long-distance, distortion-free transmission needs.
