The SunYuan ISO AD U(A)-P-485 is a compact, low-cost, three-wire active intelligent isolation data acquisition module with built-in communication. It supports a wide range of analog inputs—including 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 1–5 V, ±100 mV, 0–20 mA, and 4–20 mA—converting them to digital signals that can be easily read by a host computer.Equipped with reverse and overcurrent protection, this module is ideal for upgrading traditional transmitters and intelligent control instruments. The ISOAD U(A)-P-485 is a three-wire active module designed for isolating, amplifying, and transmitting analog signals between instruments, sensors, transmitters, and PLC/DCS systems. It handles a wide range of inputs, including 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 1–5 V, ±100 mV, 0–20 mA, and 4–20 mA. Powered by a single DC supply (5 V, 12 V, 15 V, or 24 V), the module allows easy configuration via software, including zero and full-scale calibration, alarm output control, and delay settings—making it flexible, reliable, and ideal for modern industrial monitoring and control applications.
The ISOAD U(A)-P-485 supports RS485 communication, allowing remote connection to PLCs or HMIs for reading measurement values. Users can configure or modify parameters such as module address, baud rate, measurement range, and alarm thresholds. The module also provides alarm output control, with alarm status available through registers.The input signals and the acquired values maintain a linear correspondence. The maximum range is 60,000 and the minimum is –60,000. For example, with a 0–10 V input, the acquired value ranges from 0 to 10,000, where 0 V corresponds to 0, 5 V to 5,000, and 10 V to 10,000. For a 4–20 mA input, the acquired value ranges from 4,000 to 20,000, with 4 mA corresponding to 4,000, 12 mA to 12,000, and 20 mA to 20,000.
